Today was a very busy day than usual.

First, we went to Westfield London shopping center.

This shopping center is one of the biggest shopping centers in London. And we went to a little cafe to refresh our thirst.


And then we went around the shopping center to buy some souvenirs. It was too large to see everything in 2hours, so I bought a hoodie with  a London national flag and some magnets written all over London.



Therefore, for the last few minutes we ate fish and chips. It was extremely delicious and I ate the last of it all.This is the picture when we ate together.


Secondly, we went to the National History Museum in London.This museum is also so big and we can’t see all of it.This building has three floors.


However, we got so caught up in the jewelry section that we ended up spending most of our time there.The huge gemstone displayed in the center was truly beautiful and captivating — I felt like I saw something that can only be found here.


And I’d like to come back here again when I have more time, so I can explore it at a more relaxed pace.

Finally, it is beginning to study abroad in the UK. Yesterday, we left Japan and arrived in the UK. On the plane, we watched movies and played games. I ate chicken and rice on the plane but the rice was not the rice we normally eat. When we arrived in the UK, I felt little nervous because I worried about life in the UK. It is not hot in the UK and it's actually quite cold. Ginkgo leaves have fallen outside. It's similar to autumn in Japan. And yesterday, I met my roommate for the first time. She is from China and very cheerful. We have only had formal conversations so far, but I hope to talk more in the future. Today, we had our first class. I introduced myself to my classmates and learned about the school rules. The teachers at school look scary but are actually very kind. There are people of many different countries  in my class. Tuesday August 5th by K.U.

  Today is the second day of our study abroad. In the morning, I had a class about the five senses. It was difficult for me, but the teacher in my class kindly taught me. In the afternoon, I participated in an activity called punting with my friends. Punting is about going down the river by boat. We had a lot of fun going down the river while watching swans and ducks. Wednesday August 6th by A.Y.

  Today we went to an art museum a for little walk from school for a field trip in the morning. It was very interesting to see how the exhibits were connected to each other. After school, we took the bus to Alice's Shop. I was relieved to get on the bus without making a mistake. Also, I was very happy to see the beautiful garden and buy some British souvenirs. Although I sometimes feel anxious about my new environment, the British city is very beautiful and I could make new friends. So, I am having a lot of fun.
