Today we went to different places in the UK it was amazing because I could see a lot of historical places. 

First, we went to Stonehenge. I walked around the stones it was interesting because I could feel the nature of the UK and it was really good experience for me.  

Second we went to Bath city. It is a very historical place in the UK because it’s very famous about the hot spring and we cannot go to the museum because it was so expensive. Is it going to the museum? 



We went to eat fish and chips at the restaurant and it was so super good I really liked it. I want to go there again. 

We always stay in the Oxford. I think it’s very nice, but I think it’s going to be fun to go to other places because we can feel different things so today was so interesting and fun. Also, we could know about different cultural things.

Finally, it is beginning to study abroad in the UK. Yesterday, we left Japan and arrived in the UK. On the plane, we watched movies and played games. I ate chicken and rice on the plane but the rice was not the rice we normally eat. When we arrived in the UK, I felt little nervous because I worried about life in the UK. It is not hot in the UK and it's actually quite cold. Ginkgo leaves have fallen outside. It's similar to autumn in Japan. And yesterday, I met my roommate for the first time. She is from China and very cheerful. We have only had formal conversations so far, but I hope to talk more in the future. Today, we had our first class. I introduced myself to my classmates and learned about the school rules. The teachers at school look scary but are actually very kind. There are people of many different countries  in my class. I can talk with my classmates from other countries. So I felt very happy and I gained confidence in my ability to do my best in this class. Du...

  Today is the second day of our study abroad. In the morning, I had a class about the five senses. It was difficult for me, but the teacher in my class kindly taught me. In the afternoon, I participated in an activity called punting with my friends. Punting is about going down the river by boat. We had a lot of fun going down the river while watching swans and ducks. And I had dinner outside with my friends, it was very delicious! I want to do my best tomorrow too! By K.U.

Wednesday August 6th by A.Y.

  Today we went to an art museum a for little walk from school for a field trip in the morning. It was very interesting to see how the exhibits were connected to each other. After school, we took the bus to Alice's Shop. I was relieved to get on the bus without making a mistake. Also, I was very happy to see the beautiful garden and buy some British souvenirs. Although I sometimes feel anxious about my new environment, the British city is very beautiful and I could make new friends. So, I am having a lot of fun.
